What we access

With your authorization, Codiflow connects to your GitLab or GitHub with read-only scope. We read source code and repository metadata to build your model. We never write to your repositories, and self-hosted runners — coming soon — will let the analysis run entirely inside your own infrastructure.

What we store

We store the derived model — domains, abilities, dependencies and the reports generated from them — along with your account details and workspace settings. Raw source is processed to produce the model and is not repurposed for anything else.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to operate Codiflow for your organization: generating and refreshing the model, powering chat, documentation and task routing. We do not sell your data or use your private code to train models for other customers.

Sharing & the marketplace

Nothing is shared across teams or organizations unless a codebase is explicitly set as shareable by someone with the authority to do so. Sharing is per-codebase and reversible.

Retention & deletion

You can disconnect a repository or delete your workspace at any time; the associated model and derived data are removed. Contact us for a full export or deletion request.
