Then authenticate
codiflow login

Common commands

codiflow login Authenticate the CLI with your workspace.
codiflow connect <repo> Connect a GitLab or GitHub repository (read-only).
codiflow pick <TASK-ID> Pull a prepared Jira task with full context into your terminal.
codiflow ask "…" Ask the model a question about the codebase, grounded in real files.
codiflow docs --push Generate documentation and push it to your cloud.
codiflow status Show analysis freshness for every connected repository.
