About Codiflow

We think the answers were always in the code.

Every product company ships more code than anyone can hold in their head. Codiflow exists to turn that code back into something the whole organization can see, ask questions of, and reuse — without asking a single engineer to write documentation they'll never keep current.

What we believe

Three principles the whole product is built on.

Facts before language
Deterministic analysis extracts the truth; AI only makes it readable. Never the other way around.
Your code stays yours
Read-only today, self-hosted runners next. Nothing is shared without an explicit opt-in.
Current by default
The model re-analyzes itself. Knowledge that maintains itself is the only kind that survives.
Why now

AI made it tempting to just ask a model. We think that's exactly the wrong instinct for code you're accountable for.

A confident guess is fine for a demo and dangerous for a client project. So Codiflow inverts the usual order: deterministic static analysis establishes the facts across your codebases first, and only then does AI make those facts compact and readable. It's the difference between a system you can put in front of a customer and one you have to double-check every time.

Your codebases are already an asset. Make them visible.
